How to Order

If this is your first order with Paramount, please read the whole page. There is a lot of helpful information for the ordering process.

It's easy to say we're just a screen printing shop, but the reality is we do a whole lot more. We do screen printing, embroidery, vinyl stickers/decals, leather engraving, DTG Printing, in house art, and so much more. You name it, we can do it. Orders can get very complex so it is very important that you give us as many details as possible. It is very easy to forget minor, or even major details when there are so many variables at hand. That is the purpose of this page, to give you some insight, tips, and requirements for placing the perfect order.

What we need from you.

Each order is unique, and we do our best to accommodate every customer to the best of our ability. We have a small crew of 3-4 employees and we can only get so many jobs done at a time. Preventing re-orders, late add ons, or other kinds of similar mistakes will not only create more efficient turn around times but it will create a better relationship for both parties. Please read the guidelines below.

Communication

Communication is very important in the ordering process. Not only do we need to meet your deadline, we also have 5, or 6, or 8 more active jobs we are working on. We often run into situations in which we notice a potential spelling mistake, have art questions, or need to notify or stock shortages or back order dates. We understand you are busy, but we are committed to providing top notch quality and service. We are available by phone from 9-5 Monday through Friday, and emails go directly to Josh's phone. We will respond as promptly as possible. Shirt color, ink color, artwork proofing, due dates, these are just a few of the options we have to consider with every order. Key Components

General information:
- First & last name; phone number; email address;
  - For businesses requesting Net30 terms we will need accounts payable name & email; billing address; registered business name.

Timeframe.
- We always do our best to have the fastest turn around time possible. We always strive for 7-10 business days for standard orders under 144 pieces. Complex orders requiring multiple methods of decoration (i.e. embroidered polos, screen printed t-shirts, and custom names on each) may take between 4-6 weeks depending on stock levels and our volume of orders.
- Orders under 6 pieces may also take longer than the standard 7-10 business day turn around. Every order has the same set up time whether it be 1 piece or 1,000 pieces. With this being said, for strict deadlines, reach out as early as possible.

What are you ordering?
- By clicking "view catalogs" on the home page you can view a ton of different products from a variety of our vendors. Each one will have a general description of what is offered Having a general idea of a handful of items you like really helps speed up the process as shipping/availability tends to be the largest bottleneck.
  - We don't expect you to know every exact detail for every single order. That's why we're here. There are tens of thousands of garment colors, styles, sizes, materials. We will always do our best to advise you to the best of our ability on garment choice, size, and decoration method.
What service can we provide?
- Screen printing, Embroidery, Vinyl Decals, Leather Patches, Letterman's Jackets. Looking for something else? Just ask, we've probably done it.

Artwork.
- Artwork is the central piece that brings every order together. Artwork proofs can be send upon request free of charge but will not be required prior to final approval. Vector art will not incur any costs. We also accept high resolution jpegs, pngs, psd, and pdf. Low resolution artwork / concepts may incur art fees of $15-100 depending on complexity of art. We do not charge for basic typesetting or fonts.

Quantity.
- The size of the order plays an important factor in pricing. We have significant price breaks for orders over 72 pieces. We do our best to never turn away an order, but there are often times where 1 item is just not feasible. As we continue to grow, we may soon adopt a 6 piece minimum.
