Effective Date: 01/01/2026
Welcome to Paramount Printing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting a quote, placing an order, approving artwork, submitting payment, or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Paramount Printing LLC provides custom decorated apparel and promotional products, including but not limited to screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-film transfers, direct-to-garment printing, laser engraving, design services, and related products.
All orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of estimate, including garment style, brand, color, quantity, ink colors, print locations, artwork requirements, and turnaround expectations.
Quotes are subject to change if:
-
order quantities change
-
garment or product costs increase
-
artwork requirements differ from the original request
-
additional print locations, colors, sizes, or services are added
-
expedited production or special handling is required
Quotes are valid for [insert number] days unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit and/or full payment may be required before production begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
-
new customers may be required to pay in full before production
-
repeat or approved business customers may receive alternate payment terms
-
balances must be paid before order pickup or shipment
Failure to pay according to agreed terms may delay production, release, or delivery of the order.
4. Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all quotes, invoices, mockups, proofs, sizes, garment styles, quantities, colors, spelling, grammar, and artwork placement details before approval.
Once artwork or an order is approved, Paramount Printing LLC is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof or order details, including:
-
spelling errors
-
punctuation errors
-
incorrect sizing or quantities
-
placement issues
-
design approval mistakes
-
color selection errors
Customer approval constitutes final authorization to proceed.
5. Artwork and Design Files
Customers represent that they own or have permission to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, or designs submitted to us.
By submitting artwork, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold Paramount Printing LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or legal liability arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected materials.
We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that we believe may infringe on intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.
6. Artwork Creation and Revisions
Custom artwork, logo cleanup, vector conversion, mockups, and design services may be subject to additional charges.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
initial design concepts may include limited revisions
-
excessive revisions may result in additional charges
-
final production files created by Paramount Printing LLC remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Color Matching and Print Variations
We make every reasonable effort to reproduce colors as accurately as possible. However, exact color matching is not guaranteed.
Slight variations may occur due to:
-
monitor and screen differences
-
garment material and dye lots
-
ink absorption
-
print method
-
placement tolerances
-
embroidery thread limitations
-
manufacturing inconsistencies
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts reasonable industry-standard variation.
8. Quantity Variance
Because of the custom production process, final delivered quantities may vary slightly from the quantity ordered.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to overrun or underrun custom orders by up to 5% and bill accordingly. If exact quantities are required, this must be requested in writing before production and may affect pricing.
9. Customer-Supplied Garments or Goods
If the customer provides garments or products for decoration, Paramount Printing LLC is not responsible for issues resulting from manufacturer defects, dye migration, inconsistent sizing, shrinkage, scorching, hoop marks, misprints caused by item quality, or damage that may occur during normal production.
Customer-supplied items are decorated at the customer’s risk. We recommend ordering extra garments in case spoilage occurs.
We are not responsible for replacing customer-supplied items unless damage is caused solely by our proven negligence and only up to the original documented value of the blank item.
10. Spoilage and Production Allowance
In custom apparel production, a reasonable spoilage allowance is standard. We are not liable for minor losses resulting from setup, testing, registration, pretreatment, embroidery run issues, or other normal production factors.
Customers ordering exact counts should provide extras when supplying their own items.
11. Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled only with our written approval.
Once an order has entered production, been approved, or materials have been ordered, changes or cancellations may result in charges for:
-
artwork time
-
setup labor
-
ordered garments or materials
-
production already completed
-
restocking fees
-
administrative time
Custom orders are made specifically for the customer and may not be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
12. Production Time and Turnaround
Estimated turnaround times are approximate and begin only after:
-
all order details are confirmed
-
artwork is approved
-
garments/materials are available
-
required payment or deposit is received
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
-
late customer approvals
-
supplier backorders
-
shipping carrier delays
-
equipment failure
-
labor shortages
-
weather
-
acts of God
-
other events beyond our control
Rush orders may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to additional fees.
13. Shipping and Delivery
If shipping is requested, Paramount Printing LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers once the order leaves our facility.
Customers are responsible for confirming accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for address corrections, reshipments, or special delivery requests.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon pickup, delivery, or carrier acceptance.
14. Pickup and Storage
Customers will be notified when orders are complete. Orders should be picked up promptly.
We reserve the right to charge storage fees for orders left unclaimed beyond 30 days after completion notice. Orders left unpaid or unclaimed for an extended period may be considered abandoned to the extent permitted by law.
15. Returns, Refunds, and Claims
Because all decorated goods are custom-made, all sales are generally final.
Refunds, replacements, or credits may be considered only if:
-
the order differs materially from the approved proof or written order details
-
the claim is reported within 3 days of receipt or pickup
-
the goods are unused and returned for inspection when requested
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
-
customer spelling or approval errors
-
slight color or placement variation within industry tolerance
-
dissatisfaction with style, fit, or feel of approved garments
-
washed, worn, altered, or used items
-
customer-supplied garment issues outside our control
16. Defective or Incorrect Orders
Any claim for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be reported in writing within 3 business days of receipt.
We reserve the right to inspect the product and determine whether the issue resulted from production error, garment defect, misuse, improper laundering, or normal variation.
If we determine the issue is our responsibility, our remedy will be limited to repair, replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
17. Care of Decorated Garments
Customers are responsible for following proper wash and care instructions.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper laundering, including excessive heat, bleach, harsh detergents, ironing over decoration, or other misuse after delivery.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paramount Printing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to any order, service, product, or delay.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
19. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to orders involving:
-
unlawful content
-
hateful or discriminatory content
-
explicit or obscene material
-
harassing or threatening material
-
suspected trademark or copyright infringement
-
abusive conduct toward our staff
